Dusit Princess, an international chain hotel in Lazimpat, Kathmandu, has organized a 'Rainbow Trout Festival' to introduce the taste of Nepalese fish. According to the hotel, the festival, which started from Sunday, will run until August 15.

Prarthana Sen, the market manager of the hotel, said that the festival was organized to bring different flavors to the rainbow trout fish found in Nepal. "Rainbow trout fish in Nepal has many benefits in terms of health," she said Chef and Culinary Director Utpal Kumar Mondal informed. Trout fish in Nepal is considered good in terms of taste. It is delicious,'' he said, 'so you can taste 12 different flavors of the same fish at this festival.'

The hotel has informed that the week-long festival will be conducted from 12 noon to 10 pm. According to the hotel, trout fish can be tasted in various dishes such as Thai, Italian, Indian and Nepali during the festival. It is said that the price of the dish starts from 990 to 2790 rupees.
