He said that technology-friendly service delivery will be emphasized to maintain good governance in the entire state while reducing corruption and promoting ethical policies. He said that the internal control system will be strengthened in all parts of the government, and the public procurement act and laws will be amended and implemented effectively.

'In order to control revenue leakage and prevent illegal economic transactions, the related agencies will be activated and mobilized in a coordinated manner, as well as joint patrolling operations for theft and smuggling control, crackdown checks and smuggling operations will be made effective,' Prime Minister Oli said, 'Revenue mobilization will be made effective In order to maintain good governance, an integrated taxpayer information system will be developed by maintaining inter-relation between central invoice monitoring system, Ashikuda system, VCTS information system, land management and records information system. In order to minimize the pressure of resource mobilization, other areas of revenue mobilization will be identified and the scope of revenue expansion will be made more effective.

Prime Minister Oli said that arrangements will be made to focus on the construction of large infrastructures of a capital nature, including internal loans, and said that a factual and real customs assessment system will be developed based on the information collected through regular market surveys for the assessment of imported goods.

Stating that there is a need to address the slowness in economic activities, he said that in the course of completing the legal process in the past years, the legally created obligations will be confirmed and payment arrangements will be made within the current financial year, the monetary policy of the current year will be made more flexible and the business environment of the country will be improved. .

Prime Minister Oli informed that the Gandaki Economic Triangle Project, mentioned in the budget statement, will be implemented in three angles, Bharatpur-Butwal-Pokhara-Muglin-Bharatpur, and a model development campaign will be conducted in accordance with the concept of integrated development in collaboration with the private sector. He expressed the belief that through the

program, not only the development of transportation infrastructure, but also the development of industrial development as well as the development of the energy sector, agriculture and tourism sector and job opportunities will be created. He informed that the budget has been allocated in the current financial year to upgrade the Butwal-Pokhara-Siddharth highway section under the Gandaki Tribhuj project to two lanes. Prime Minister Oli informed that the relevant agencies have been instructed to complete the work of the Siddhababa tunnel as soon as possible.

Similarly, Prime Minister Oli informed that the proposed dam site in Andhi Khola and the powerhouse in Galyang Municipality-3 is aimed at generating 180 megawatts of electricity from the Andhi Khola Reservoir Hydropower Project and so far the pre-feasibility study of this project has been completed and the environmental study work has been approved.
