Photo anthology book 'A Symphony of Silent Story' has been published. This book is a collection of stories captured by 13 women photographers who participated in a one-month photography workshop conducted under the 'See is the Story' program organized by Voices of Women Media.
The book was released on the occasion of International Photography Day. The book has photo stories taken by Madina Rai, Lakshmi Neupane, Shibhasha KC, Priyanka Tulachan, Pushpa Joshi, Neeti Wanem, Monica Jha, Sushila Gurung, Aditi Shrestha, Biju Maharjan, Sushmita Bogti, Laxmi Chaudhary, Kriti Ghimire and others. The
book launch event also hosted an interaction on 'Women in Photography: Contemporary Challenges and Opportunities'. Eminent photographer and director of Photo Circle Nayantara Gurung Kashapati, photographer Uma Bist and photojournalist Monika Malla participated in the interaction .
