Finance Minister's directive to make savings fund attractive to savers

He said that employees are the biggest base and future accumulators of the savings fund, so it is necessary to strengthen the trust of the fund so as not to break the trust of the depositors. He urged the fund to work as much as possible with the minimum manpower and to work with skilled and capable manpower as per the need.

Although there is a need for employment in Nepal, he said that other sectors are working in the field of employment, and the employee savings fund, banks and financial institutions and other agencies that use technology need to do more work with as little manpower as possible. He said that the organizations should open the door so that the employees can see their future by giving service facilities, dignity and respect to the human resources.
