Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel has instructed the Employee Savings Fund to work in such a way as to attract savers. In a discussion with the Employees' Savings Fund on Tuesday, Finance Minister Paudel instructed to work in such a way as to attract the savers on the basis of achievements rather than on the basis of losses.

He said that employees are the biggest base and future accumulators of the savings fund, so it is necessary to strengthen the trust of the fund so as not to break the trust of the depositors. He urged the fund to work as much as possible with the minimum manpower and to work with skilled and capable manpower as per the need.

Although there is a need for employment in Nepal, he said that other sectors are working in the field of employment, and the employee savings fund, banks and financial institutions and other agencies that use technology need to do more work with as little manpower as possible. He said that the organizations should open the door so that the employees can see their future by giving service facilities, dignity and respect to the human resources.

"Make sure that the trust and confidence of the depositors towards the savings fund is not broken," he said, "Attract the depositors." When attracting collectors, look at the damage not from the angle of loss, but from the angle of achievement.'

Finance Minister Poudel also said that manpower management is becoming easier with the use of new technology. He emphasized that the fund should work accordingly as more work can be done with less manpower through the use of technology.
