While laying the foundation stone of the new building of Lumbini Regional Hospital on Saturday, Finance Minister Paudel said, 'The economy is under pressure, with hope, faith and trust to the private sector in despair. It is necessary to engage in production and productivity.'

Paudel said that the main objective of the current government made up of two major parties is to protect the country from instability. He said that the current government was formed by combining the two main parties for democracy and citizen's rights to establish the rights of the citizens. . He said that the ruling party will walk together with the opposition in building development and its good culture is in Lumbini province. He said that to complete the state-of-the-art building construction project of the provincial hospital, there should be regular monitoring from the public.

Finance Minister Paudel mentioned that it is not possible to build buildings only and said that the provincial government should pay attention to their effective management. He requested that along with the construction of the hospital building, the process of manpower and equipment management should also be planned ahead of time. He suggested the provincial government to work in such a way that when the building is completed, services can be operated at full capacity simultaneously.

'It is not enough to build a building, we should also start working with the ONM process for manpower management and start operating all services as soon as the building is built', he said, 'The state government should pay attention to this, the federal government is ready for that.'

He said that a large number of skilled manpower is needed in a 1200-bed hospital, and Finance Minister Paudel should focus on the management of manpower including expert doctors.
