A person can take loan from two Lughavits

Now microfinance borrowers (clients) will be able to take loans from a maximum of two institutions. Nepal Rastra Bank has made this arrangement through a unified directive issued by Nepal Rastra Bank on Sunday. Earlier, a person could not take loan from more than one microfinance financial institution.
"When providing micro-loans without collateral or under the security of collateral, a maximum of 2 micro-finance financial institutions can provide loans to one borrower without exceeding the loan limit as per this provision," the Rashtra Bank's directive states, Borrowers will not be eligible to take loans from microfinance institutions.'' There is a system to be sure.
The Rastra Bank has also arranged that microfinance financial institutions cannot adopt any kind of abusive and harsh method for debt recovery.
