Nepal Rastra Bank has announced that the construction businessmen will not be blacklisted only on the basis of check dishonor until there is another provision regarding credit information.
Announcing the monetary policy of the current financial year on Friday, it said that the builders will not be included in the blacklist if the check is dishonored until another loan arrangement is made.
"In the loans created by claiming the guarantee of builders, for the financial year 2081/82, from the date of creation of the loan, the loan classification and loan loss system will be maintained like other loans," it is said in the monetary policy, It is mentioned in the monetary policy that if any JV partner involved in the joint venture is blacklisted, the banking operations of the other joint venture partners will not be affected. ;
