Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Bishnu Prasad Paudle has said that the monetary policy issued by Nepal Rastra Bank will help to address the existing problems in Nepal's economy.

Finance Minister Paudel gave this response to Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari who came to meet him in his office after issuing the monetary policy.

'Monetary policy is good. It has come in a flexible manner to help solve the problems seen in the economy," quoting Finance Minister Paudel in a press note issued by his secretariat, "monetary policy will help to expand credit and increase investment in the production sector.

Finance Minister Paudel also expressed his belief that the monetary policy will facilitate solving the problems of private sector industrialists and increase morale for further investment.
