The National Bank has extended the time period for the provision of debt adjustment through the monetary policy of the financial year 2081/82 to be effective from 1st July.

Monetary policy on Friday public Rashtra Bank Governor Mahaprasad Adhikari said that the time has been extended in view of the situation of low credit disbursement in the situation of relaxation seen in the economy in two years.

"The time period for adjusting the loan through 'variance analysis' mentioned in the working capital loan guidelines will be increased," he said, "the limit of one crore rupees set for small, domestic, small and medium enterprises will be reviewed."
