Many diseases are entering due to pollution. It is sung by 37-year-old Sarita Panthi Sunar from Rupandehi. Saina Maina Municipality-11 Saljhandi of Rupandehi is the eldest daughter of Sarita family. The financial condition of the family was not strong, they lived by farming.

Four daughters were taught by their parents. Sarita, who studied in the local Navaprabhat High School till her SLC, did not join the campus after that. She enrolled in music classes and thought of pursuing it as a career. She used to participate in the competitions organized in the school. After listening to her voice, her gurus started advising her to learn music, she joined the Bageshwari Sangeetalaya in Butwal for music school in Allahabad, India and started learning songs/music. "Phupu used to live in Butwal, I also stayed there and started learning," she said. According to him, even if the class was taken in Butwal, he had to go to Gorakhpur in India to take the exam. She said that after studying from 2062 to 2065, she passed and got a certificate. Then she went to Kathmandu to sharpen her musical skills. She did a 2-year diploma in music while staying in Kathmandu with Phupoo's help. She said that she learned music from Prakash Gurung in Kathmandu. She was studying music.

During her stay in Kathmandu, she was chased by the desire to become a singer. She could sing now and then because Guru had put her in a chorus group. But she could not fulfill her desire to become a full-time singer soon. In his experience new places, new people, some spoke with the intention of using, some spoke of heper. Then she left Kathmandu and came to Butwal.

She returned to Butwal in 2067. Lived with Phupoo in Butwal. She joined Bageshwari Sangeetalaya and started teaching the art she learned to others. That is where his journey as a music instructor began. "I wanted to become a singer," she said, "but I became a coach professionally, so I haven't been able to sing as much as I thought." So, she said, I feel like I'm retarded because I don't know how to ask her to let me sing.

Sarita teaches students raga, taal, song rhythm and voice on harmonium. She also teaches to play Tanpura, Madal. He is accompanied by Guru Suresh Century at the Bageshwari Sangeetalaya. Apart from that, she is also teaching music at a local school and now at Ragashree Sangeetalaya. "I teach the students by doing Riyaz continuously," she said, "From childhood to grandmothers, even 70-year-olds are students."

Sarita is happy with the profession she has chosen. She also passed the voice test from Radio Nepal in 2079. Family members are busy. They arrive to see Sarita listening to the song, singing on stage. Earnings are also satisfactory financially now. After seeing that they earn by teaching music, the family has realized that different studies can also bring success in life.

Sarita sang a duet for the first time. Then she got a chance to sing in the movie Dil. She has released 2 solo albums. His preoccupation is different. Various organizations across the country have sung in environmental protection songs, school songs and rhymes. They used to come to him with such compositions. She has filled the voice. She is enjoying music training and says that she does not want to be in the limelight like other artists.

"I have got a lot of satisfaction from the work behind the scenes," she said, "The students I have taught have gone on to sing internationally." The students who come to study with Suresh Century also learn with Sarita. Singers Angela Regmi, Sujata Pandey, Afsar Ali, Vishal Atreya and others are Sarita's students. They are progressing in the music field through various reality shows of Nepal and their songs.

I had to endure discrimination while studying music in Kathmandu. She suffered even greater caste discrimination at the school level. I still remember the bitter memories of being teased by the teacher and being laughed at by my friends on the days when I did not go to school. "Many times I complained when sir kept saying the same word," she said, "When I reached class 8, I started writing my name by adding Panthi to the tribal surname." But she said that it is very difficult to change the social vision. "Even now, some students come, they don't eat the prasad I gave them, they don't drink water, they feel sad," she said. While running for

music, he wondered why he chose this profession, should he leave it alone. She stayed at home for 4 months. He wanted to end this journey after he was worried about not being able to make a solo album when he was weak due to lack of finances, and having to put his desire to sing behind. However, after her mentor Suresh Century explained that it is a great job to teach others what she knows, she said that she is continuing the training.

Sarita teaches students in 8 classes daily. 2 days a week she goes to a school to teach children. Apart from that, the process of going to the local studio, Kathmandu to record the song is going on. Parents and a sister now live in Saljhandi. She is living in Butwal by renting a room and doing her work. Sometimes she goes home. 'In the middle, I was surprised about marriage,' she said, 'I didn't have time to think about it because of music, now it seems normal.' She didn't seem to care. Sarita said that she was not interested in other things because she felt the joy of music, the power of music to stabilize and calm people and feel it as a drug. She joins classes from 6 am, returns after completing all classes at 7 pm. Sometimes the throat hurts. She teaches while drinking hot water, but when she has to record the song, the effect is reflected in the voice. That is why she wants to continue teaching by preserving the voice.
