With the delegation consisting of officers and members of the Far West Regional Concern Forum, he recalled that he has been working in the fields of health, women's rights, reproductive health and safe motherhood for a long time in the area, regardless of whether or not he is in a government position. She also asked the forum to work to solve this situation as the number of suicides in Nepal has been increasing recently and the fact that the suicide rate is higher in the Far West than elsewhere has come out.

'Currently, 15 percent of those who commit suicide are young people under the age of 20. This is a very serious situation. The situation in Far West is worse. Now we have to work in the field of mental health by setting up counseling centers in every municipality and ward level. Citizens of this age group should be provided extensive counseling services. People here should also join in,' Minister Rana said.

Foreign Minister Rana, during his visit to India, raised the issue of some local projects and border crossings in favor of the development of the Far West region to the highest level of the Indian government.

The delegation of the concerned forum thanked Minister Rana during his visit to India for bringing forward the process so that Nepal can benefit from the Pancheshwar Multi-Purpose Project and asked him to make more efforts for its implementation. She also raised the issue of upgradation and the multi-purpose playground to be built in Dhangadhi. was

The members of the delegation complained that Nepalis were being detained from the Indian side while passing through Gouriphanta and Gaddachouki checkpoints and asked for security and more management there.
