An administrative building with facilities has been started in Hima-5 Bajagad. Village Chairman Lakshman Bahadur Shahi and Nepali Congress Jumla former Chairman Dip Bahadur Shahi jointly laid the foundation stone of the building. As the land was not available on time and even the executive could not decide on the center, the government work was being conducted in a rented house. But after some time, President Shahi said that he will provide services by sitting in his own administrative building.

Locals have provided 3,900 square meters of land to the rural municipality free of charge for the construction of an administrative building. Chief Administrative Officer Ran Bahadur Budha said that Dan Bahadur Shahi, a resident of Hima 5, and Dalvir Shahi, 800 square meters of land, have provided free of charge to the rural municipality. He said, ``Hima Sarkar did not have its own building, so there was a problem in service delivery. The service will be started soon from the administrative building. '

The 12th Village Assembly of Hima Rural Municipality had appointed a local center in Bajagada. "Even though the decision to designate the center was made, there was a challenge in implementation," President Shahi said.

President Shahi responded that the procedure for the construction of the administrative building will be implemented. 60 percent of central government and The construction work of the administrative building has been started at the cost of 40 percent Hima rural municipality. The people's representative has made a commitment to make the rural municipality building disabled-friendly and child-friendly.

The construction of the building has started with an investment of 10 crores. Former chairman of Congress Jumla, Dip Bahadur Shahi, praised the work done by the rural municipality to build a permanent structure of the rural municipality. He said, "There was an uncomfortable feeling when the government's work was being done on rent." Now the administrative building will help to provide easy and efficient service.'

Although the matter of the municipal center has been discussed for a long time, no conclusion could be reached. The participation of the citizens in the laying ceremony was encouraging. The religious leaders were also happy when the construction of the administrative building started.
