Lumbini Chief Minister Chetnarayan Acharya has made it clear that the government will not bring a supplementary budget. Informing that the government has prepared procedures and action plans for the full implementation of the approved annual programs for the current financial year, he said that the missed plans can be covered in the next financial year.

With the change of government, the pressure on Chief Minister Acharya to bring a supplementary budget has increased from his own party and the Congress. However, Acharya himself is on the stand of not amending the budget brought by him as the Minister of Economic Affairs and Planning. He has made it clear that instead of bringing a supplementary budget, he will include the missing plans in the next year's budget.

Chief Minister Acharya while discussing with the local people's representatives, politicians and other stakeholders of Bardia district at the office of the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers in Rapti Valley Deukhuri on Sunday, asked them to come procedurally when requesting the plan. Lal Bahadur Shrestha, member of CPN-UML Lumbini Province, said that for the balanced development of the district as a whole, the provincial government will create an integrated plan and take it to the implementation stage. There is a demand to develop the ports connected to India as commercial ports in Bardia district. Bina Bhattarai, the deputy head of Thakurbaba municipality, requested to resume the Gulria crossing. Founder Deputy Speaker of Lumbini Pradesh Krishna Tharu urged to pay attention to overall development of Bardia district . The members who came to the team also said that the farmers have not received the payment for the milk. As the number of children with autism is increasing, the government has been requested to solve the problem. Also demand to run inclusive and sign language education program. Chief Minister's Press Coordinator Dasharath Ghimire said.
