A pedestrian has died in Mayadevi Rural Municipality-6 Baluwadipur due to a collision with a truck. According to the police, 35-year-old Gorakh Beldar of Mayadevi Rural Municipality-6 has died. Beldar, who was seriously injured in a collision with a cargo truck numbered Lu 2 B 676, died on Wednesday night during treatment.
Spokesperson of District Police Office, Rupandehi Manohar Bhatt said that he was seriously injured in the collision and died during treatment at Bhim Hospital in Bhairawa. The truck driver has been detained by the police.
