UML leader and Lumbini Provincial Assembly member Bishnu Panthi has written an open letter to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Health Minister Pradeep Paudel requesting for a solution to the problem after the health department staff caused unnecessary trouble and blocked the file.

Writing a letter through social media on Thursday, he expressed his anger, complaining that the employees of the health department have been stuck for 17 months because of the file related to free treatment of kidney sufferers.

Panthi Kapilvastu was elected to the provincial assembly for the second time from 1 (1) and is the former health minister of Lumbini province. Butwal's Gautam Buddha Community Heart Hospital has decided to extend free dialysis services to Kapilvastu's Wanganga. Accordingly, on June 28, 2080, the Nursing and Social Security Division of the Health Department wrote a letter to Kathmandu, requesting to list the Kapilvastu Community Dialysis Center to provide treatment and dialysis services to the kidney victims of Kapilvastu and Arghakhanchi. On the same day, the hospital received approval from the Ministry of Health of Lumbini Province to set up a dialysis center in Wanganga Municipality-1 Bairia of Kapilvastu .

Hospital has established a center and installed 10 machines for patient treatment and dialysis. Although there is a legal provision to list hospitals that are providing free services, Panthi has mentioned in an open letter that the employees of the department have caused unnecessary trouble by dragging the approval from the state under the federal government and that the hospital president Ejaz Alam and himself have been suffering from the department and division 17 times.  ;.

Panthi said that the work that should be done by the Ministry of Health of the province has been caused unnecessary suffering by dragging it to Kathmandu. He has also mentioned in an open letter that he is preparing to file a case in the Supreme Court on behalf of the kidney victims of Kapilvastu.

5 secretaries and director Sangeeta Mishra along with Health Minister, Health Secretary Roshan Pokharel have written an open letter to the Prime Minister. In the letter, questions have been raised about the details of the work done by the Ministry of Health, from the search for federalism and good governance. 'Is it the health service department or the suffering department?' he wrote in an open letter, 'There is a story for the writer, an interesting news for the journalist, a case and a debate for the lawyer, suffering and pain for the kidney sufferer, and the authority and vigilance center for 17 months. He also mentioned that the same file clearly shows the world in which the country is and why we are still lagging behind.

Gautam Budh Community Heart Hospital established in Butwal with the support of Rotary Club and more than 500 local social workers has been providing free treatment and dialysis services to thousands of kidney patients in the western region. The hospital is being supported by the government and the Rotary Club. Kamal Bhandari, head of the administration of the hospital, said that after the rush of kidney patients in Butwal, the hospital administration chief Kamal Bhandari is going to expand the service in Kapilvastu with the aim of providing treatment services for the patients of Kapilvastu and Arghakhanchi.

At present, 46 patients from Kapilvastu and Arghakhanchi are undergoing regular dialysis in Butwal. In order to extend the same service to Kapilvastu, the hospital is conducting trial treatment by installing 10 dialysis machines with an investment of 5 crores from its own resources. However, the hospital said that the same service center was not listed in the department.
