Police arrested 392 absconding defendants last financial year

The police arrested Rampreet Mallah, the absconding defendant in the murder case of Jang Bahadur Yadav of Tilottma-17 Darkhaswa in Rupandehi four months ago.
According to the police, Mallah is accused of shooting and killing Yadav while he was sleeping in his house on 25th January 2062 due to a land dispute. Mallah was arrested on March 13.
The police have arrested a fugitive defendant who was sentenced to imprisonment in the extortion and killing industry case after 22 years.
Baliram Lodh of Lumbini Cultural Municipality-12, who was sentenced to three years imprisonment in the case of extortion and killing industry, was arrested according to the decision of the then Appellate Court of Butwal on 16 May 2059. District Police Chief SP Ranjitsinh Rathoun said that he was arrested by the district police team on June 11.
According to Rathoon, Birendra Jaiswal of Kothimai-3, who was living in a village house despite being sentenced to 10 years imprisonment for the murder of a girl child, has been arrested and sent to the district jail to pay the prison term. District police have arrested 392 fugitive defendants who were found guilty of various crimes in the financial year 2080/081 and are hiding in different places of Rupandehi. In this way, a fine of Rs.
