The automation system, which has been practiced by the Supreme Court since August last year, has also been implemented in the district courts. Baglung, Parbat, Myagdi and Mustang district courts have also implemented this system since July 1.

Ramesh Bahadur Khadka, President of High Court Bar Association, Baglung, said that since July 1st, advocates have started debating through automation. Srestedar Shivhari Subedi said that since the first and second week of July there will be no rush of cases in the court, since the 13th, 10 cases will be sent to automation. "Even now, there is automation, but there are few cases in court," he said. And appointed the court. Since there is only one bench in Baglung District Court, it will only be a question of when the case will be heard throughout the day, while in a court with two or more benches, which case will be in which bench, and which case will be in a day according to the order of roll.

Automation system was started in the Supreme Court from 1st August 2080. According to the wishes of the Chief Justice, the chief registrar's interest in big and nationally important cases increased when legal professionals lobbied as to whose bench the case should be placed in and how to make it in their favor. In the last one year, the interest of VIPs has decreased with that system.

Likewise, the automation system has been implemented in all high courts since January 8. Now this system has been introduced in all district courts. Subedi said that no one can interfere now. After this decision, the problem of changing the court date will also be removed.

'Now everyone will be more uniform in the case, discrimination will be removed,' said Subedi, 'mistakes, weaknesses and distortions will also end.' Even if the

automation system is implemented, in the case of juvenile court and 18-month-long cases, there will be work to be done on priority basis. According to the data of District Court Baglung, there were 918 cases in the last financial year, 648 cases were postponed and 270 cases were transferred to the current year.

Last year also 715 cases were added to the 213 cases from the previous year. Now the cases that have been transferred are brought to the hearing at the rate of 10 every day, while the newly registered cases are also kept in the hearing on the basis of priority, they will not be able to proceed according to the wishes of Bhansun and VIP. President of High Court Bar Association Baglung Ramesh Bahadur Khadka said that this system will benefit the service users.
