Adjustment of private hospital to village hospital

With the aim of providing the best health services including specialist health services to the people of Ambukhareni, it is said that after the common people started getting treatment easily in the hospital run by the rural municipality, the hospital run by the private sector has also been accommodated in the same hospital.

For the adjustment of the hospital, an agreement has been made between the chairman of the rural municipality and the chairman of the hospital management committee, Shukar Chuman, and the chairman of Chimkeshwari Hospital, Krishnaman Tamang, to adjust the hospital.

The goal of the rural municipality is to make Gorkha, Lamjung and East Tanahun areas a health hub. Shukar Chuman, chairman of the rural municipality, said, 'In order to provide quality services to the people of this region, the aim is to make Ambukhaireni hospital a hospital with specialist facilities.' He said that the goal is to build a hospital. Currently, various health services including dialysis services have been started. It is said that an operation theater has been constructed to provide services for appendicitis, hydrocele, hernia and obstetrics.

President Chuman said that it may be the first case that a private hospital has been transferred to Ambukhaireni among the municipalities across the country. "Because the hospital is run for health services and not for business purposes, it was agreed free of charge", he said, "The equipment available from Chimkeshwari Hospital will help to provide more services from Ambukhaireni Hospital."

Similarly, according to the agreement, all the health equipment and materials belonging to Chimkeshwari Hospital and the medicines and pharmaceutical items related to the operation of the hospital will be transferred to Ambukhareni Hospital. The rural municipality has said that after evaluating the transferred items, it has been agreed to establish an inscription in the Ambukhaireni hospital and rural municipality premises. Chairman Chuman said that Chimkeshwari Hospital Pvt. Ltd. has agreed to provide the services available at Ambukhaireni Hospital free of charge to the families of existing shareholders.

It has been agreed to develop Ambukhareni as a hub of health by operating a health academy with the joint investment of the rural municipality and the private sector in the infrastructure of Chimkeshwari Hospital Pvt.

Chimkeshwari Hospital is said to have been handed over a 28-bed hospital with an operation theatre, digitizer x-ray machine, lab machines and materials for testing various diseases, and an ICU. One hundred patients are taking OPD services daily in Ambukhareni Hospital.
