Dengue and scrub typhus patients are increasing daily in Makwanpur. From July 1 to August 11, 147 people infected with dengue have reached Makwanpur. Four more dengue patients have been added in the last 24 hours. Among those added, four are from Hetaunda sub-metropolitan city.

Since July till Tuesday, this disease has appeared in 41 people including 27 women and 14 men in Hetaunda sub-metropolis. Similarly, 9 people in Makwanpur Gadhi, 8 in Manhari, 5 in Bhimfedi, and 8 in Baaiya have reported this disease, said Information Officer Ghimire.
