Police have arrested 28-year-old grandson Praveen Vishwakarma on the charge of murdering his grandmother.
Police found the dead body of 71-year-old Thulimaya Vishwakarma, who lives near Pathibhara temple in Hetauda sub-metropolitan city-11, in her room. After being informed by the locals, the police found him dead when they reached the house.
Bleeding from both the ears of the deceased Thulimaya. Only grandson Praveen and grand mother were living in the said house. During the initial investigation, the police suspect that the grandson may have committed the murder. Neighbors have said that grandson Praveen used to drink alcohol and used to fight with his grandmother from time to time.
