Three people died in two accidents in Chitwan on Thursday night and Friday morning. According to the information received from the Chitwan District Police Office, two truck drivers and one motorcycle driver were killed.

DSP Sriram Bhandari of Chitwan District Police Office said that 24-year-old Hetav Alam from Uttar Pradesh, India, who was seriously injured after the collision, was declared dead by the doctor at 7:20 p.m. Similarly, DSP Bhandari informed that Pramod Patel, the driver of the truck No. 6 Kha 5996, died in Birgunj Metropolitan City-24, Parsa District.

50-year-old Chandiprasad Adhikari of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-7 Prembasti, motorcyclist of Wagmati Province No. 06-003 PO 6839, who was seriously injured in the accident, died at Chitwan Medical College teaching hospital around 2 o'clock in the night, Chitwan police informed. DSP Sriram Bhandari said that the police are searching for the hit-and-run vehicle.
