In Wagmati, the portfolio of ministries in the province has been changed again. A meeting held in Hetounda on Tuesday afternoon with former Chief Minister Dormani Paudel and Congress Provincial President Indra Bahadur Baniyan concluded the matter of leading the Alopalo government with the share of the ministry.
