Bahadur Singh Lama (Tamang), the newly appointed Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, will take oath of office and secrecy on Wednesday.

According to the provincial chief's office, the lama's oath is scheduled for 11:11 am. Lama was appointed as the fifth chief minister of the province by the provincial chief Sharma on Tuesday evening. Lama has been appointed as the Chief Minister according to Article 168 (2) of the Constitution. Along with him, the State Assembly Secretariat has also prepared the oath of the ministers.

The share of the ministry has been agreed between the ruling party Congress and UML. UML has already published the list of new ministers with their responsibilities. Within the Congress, the tug-of-war over the selection of ministers continues. Congress has said that everything will be completed by Wednesday morning.
