The Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission has filed a case against 11 people in a special court on Sunday for misappropriation of money without doing any work in the tourism area gate construction, construction of incomplete buildings, painting and management in Tirhut rural municipality-5 of Saptari.

Ramesh Prasad Yadav, the then Chief Administrative Officer of Tirhut Rural Municipality and Engineer Khurshed Ikram, in the financial year 2075/076, Ward no. 5 The authority has alleged that the agreement letter of the plan for gate construction, incomplete building construction, painting, promotion and management work in the tourism area has been stamped correctly.

Akhtiyar involved in the monitoring and payment of the said plan the then vice president of the village municipality Tirthamaya Khatwe, Accounting chief Sonu Kumar Soni, members of the planning monitoring committee Durganand Yadav, Virendra Kumar Yadav, Bhognand Mahatman Yadav and Ramanand Chaudhary, consumer committee chairman Shivnath Chaudhary, secretary Devnarayan Chaudhary and treasurer Chandridevi have also filed a case as opponents.
