The body of a young man has been found in Wagmati river in Rautahat. The dead body of an estimated 30/35-year-old youth was found on Saturday in Vagmati located at Ramauli Ghat in Vrindavan Municipality-1. The identity of the body has not been revealed.
SP Bikram Humagain informed that a joint team from Armed Police Base Camp Samanpur and Area Police Office Samanpur recovered the body from Vagmati.
The District Police Gaur has asked for help in identifying the deceased. "It is not yet clear who the deceased is," SP Humagain said, "The police have already communicated with Hulia to the units across the district. The relatives of the deceased are being inquired about.'
The body has been sent to Provincial Hospital Gaur for post-mortem, police said.
