Illegal cigarette case in solar cement industry: The worker who informed was asked for an explanation

Last Saturday, the incident of two and a half truckloads of cigarettes being burned in the industry on July 21st and still inside the cigarettes came out last Saturday . After that, the three workers who informed about this outside were given a letter to submit an explanation within three days on last Monday. In the

explanation, they are accused of beating and exaggerating the industry . Rajan Jha, Senior Vice President of Solar Cement Industry also confirmed this. He said that they had beaten up the security chief of the industry and asked for an explanation through the relevant contractor according to the Labor Act.

However, the workers who were asked for an explanation said that they are going to take action because they have informed about this issue. According to them, an interaction program was organized in the industry last Saturday.

In that event, along with the local people's representatives, the leaders of labor organizations also came. After the completion of the interaction program, the workers shared the topic of cigarettes with them. A worker brought a box full of cigarettes to them.

They say that after seeing the cigarette butts brought, the security guard first hit the worker and then there was a dispute.
