Inspector General of Armed Police Raju Aryal has said that the Armed Police is fulfilling the responsibilities given by the state with unlimited needs and limited resources.
Inspector General Aryal while inaugurating the Dantkali Special Task Training School at Baramzhia in Saptari on Friday said that the Armed Police is also contributing to the national economy by controlling revenue leakage along with border security.
He directed the armed police personnel to work so that the citizens feel ease and peace. Chief District Officer of Saptari Mekh Bahadur Mangrati and Executive Director of National Armed Police Force Training Academy, Deputy Inspector General of Armed Police Kamal Giri also expressed their opinion in the program.
According to the provision of one training school in each province, according to the decision of the Council of Ministers on June 20, 2075, the Armed Police Force of Nepal was named Dantkali Special Task Training School.
The school, which has 128 personnel including the Senior Superintendent of Armed Police, has been conducting training of a special nature. The school currently offers map study, drill instructors, Counter-insurgency, counter-terrorism, riot management, fire fighting, PT, villadar and armed police jawans are also conducting basic training.
