The outgoing Chief Minister of Koshi Province, Kedar Karki, has started his hunger strike again. Some time ago, the police arrested him for fasting in a restricted area.

About 40 activists including him were forced to leave the hunger strike site after the police arrest. The police left him in the car to Tankisinwari's house and returned. Soon after, he came to Biratnagar to go on a fast in a private car. He is now fasting at Devkota Chowk in Biratnagar.
