It is necessary for political parties to understand first why the people won Balen for the post of mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City. Is it not the people's disillusionment with the political party that the same independent youth who has just entered politics won in the capital, which is considered the stronghold of UML and Congress? It's hard to reach the pinnacle of success if you always repeat the same thing and go around saying the same thing. Therefore, it is necessary for the top party leaders to give up their pride and ego.
Most of the young people living in the country or abroad are now seen in support of Balen. Balen has not spoken, he has shown by doing. This is his positive side. If the parties had acted according to the will of the people, the sudden emergence of Balen would not have happened. Youngsters are positive about his work.
But why are the old parties trying to discourage a young leader who came to work? If Kathmandu metropolis becomes better, not only for the prime minister, but for everyone, isn't it? A person sitting in a dignified and responsible position like the Prime Minister will think about policy making and people's issues, or will he continue to make rude comments against a single person?
