The common program of the government is fixed: making the economy sustainable, increasing youth participation

A four-member working group formed to prepare a draft of the minimum common program of the government submitted the draft of the program to the Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli at Singh Darbar on Wednesday. The draft will be made public once approved by the Cabinet.

Staying within this limitation, we have basically made the commitment expressed in the seven-point agreement between Congress and UML as a basis, Thapa said, and we have called it policy commitment. This is not a common program like before. This is the common resolution and policy commitment of the two parties.'

He informed that he has indicated that this is the main thing based on seven points of consensus.

'Relationships with neighboring countries, we have kept the priorities of our respective parties . Regarding the constitution, Congress and UML are the main power to create this constitution. Therefore, the biggest responsibility to protect this constitution is ours . We protect it and make it stronger. Strengthening the constitution means implementing what is written in the constitution. We will take the problems regarding the implementation of federalism into implementation. We will make the law that needs to be made immediately' said Thapa.

In order to strengthen the federalism, democracy, republic, and inclusive system, he gave information about revising the constitution through an objective review of our experience.
