The ruling coalition of parties including the Congress-UML will announce the minimum common program of the government on Wednesday.
Congress General Minister Gagan Kumar Thapa, who is also a member of the draft working group to prepare the joint programme, gave this information.

Let's give that group two months to work without saying anything on Dashain and Tihar. From that, a lot of matters will be concluded . I have put the question that we should take it to the process from the parliamentary committee after the start of the parliament soon after Dashaintihar. Everyone, including the honorable Prime Minister, has said that this is the right path. "We will finalize the Education Act within some time," said Thapa.
