Arrest warrants have been issued against Durga Prasai and three people on charges of violating the provisions of the Electronic Transactions Act.
The Kathmandu District Court has allowed the police to arrest Prasain, Jeevan Pandey and Prakashchandra Dahal. Shrestedar Ramu Sharma of the district court said that the bench of Judge Mahendra Kafle has issued a warrant as the police sought permission to arrest them for violating the provisions of the Electronic Transactions Act.
*Prakashchandra Dahal, one of the three persons for whom arrest warrants were issued earlier, has been corrected because it was otherwise.
