He said that out of a total of 36 thousand 186 complaints during this period, 27 thousand 714 ie 76.59 percent of the complaints were dismissed through screening and preliminary investigation.

He said that it was decided to conduct a detailed investigation on 1 thousand 133 complaints, 131 complaints were given suggestions and action was taken on 12 thousand 786 complaints according to the law.

Chief Commissioner Rai informed that the 8 thousand 472 complaints which are still pending during the preliminary investigation have been transferred to the financial year 2081/082. Looking at the number of complaints, the areas with the highest number of complaints are federal affairs, 38.91 percent including local level, education, 15.79 percent including local level, 6.98 percent related to illegal property acquisition, 6.49 percent related to land administration .
