'Bilateral negotiations are being held with various countries for the signing of protocols related to domestic workers to make them more safe and dignified in the matter of employing women workers in domestic work,' he said, 'in the proposed protocols, the instructions given by the parliamentary committees from time to time to make women workers more safe are also being included. He said that if he is working in the destination country with any visa other than the work permit, work is being done to legalize it.

According to Labor Minister Bhandari, manpower companies are being monitored to control fraud. "Of the 4,857 complaints received at the Foreign Employment Department, 2,414 complaints have been disposed of," he said.

After receiving the information about the problem of Nepalis working abroad, the ministry took it seriously and quickly rescued them. And he said that he is giving relief. In the last financial year, 7 lakh 71 thousand people have taken work permit and went to work abroad.
