We will review the labor agreement between Nepal and Saudi Arabia: proposed Ambassador Dhakal

Presenting his action plan at the parliamentary hearing committee meeting on Wednesday, Dhakal said that the draft has been prepared and he will play a role in reviewing the agreement by finalizing the draft.

'There is no high level visit . My first plan is to make a double high-level visit not only from Saudi Arabia but also from Nepal. On my part, I negotiate, discuss and exchange invitations . As a result, the relationship between the two countries will maintain a high level . We have 4 lakh Nepalis. For them, there is a need to review the labor contract for a long time . Because the work value of the market has increased a lot. However, work has to be done on the old scale', said Dhakal, 'so I will take this agreement with great importance and while staying there, the government of Saudi Arabia must give high importance to the government of Nepal. Drafts have also been prepared for this. How can it be finalized? I will have a role in that .'

He emphasized that since the 4 lakh Nepalis in Saudi Arabia have to continue working according to the old scale, there should be a labor contract according to the new market conditions.
