Foreign Minister Arju Rana Deuba has apologized to the parliamentary committee for not being inclusive and proportionate while recommending ambassadors for 17 different countries.

At Tuesday's meeting of the International Relations and Tourism Committee under the House of Representatives, Minister Rana apologized for not being able to represent the Dalit, Madhesi and Muslim communities while recommending the ambassador.

The MPs questioned the Foreign Minister saying that the ambassador was not included. In response, she said, 'Ambassador appointment was not inclusive, we will bring Dalits and Muslims in the next appointment. Not included this time, I'm sorry!'

When proposing ambassadors for 17 countries, the government has been questioned as they did not recommend a single person from the Dalit, Madhesi and Muslim communities. The hearing of ambassadors is going on .

Foreign Minister Rana stated that there are vacancies for the appointment of ambassadors in the two countries and promised to make recommendations from the Dalit and Muslim communities in those countries.
