The parliamentary hearing committee has conducted a parliamentary hearing of the proposed ambassadors for China, India, Germany and Denmark. The Sunday meeting of the committee conducted the parliamentary hearing of the proposed ambassadors Prada Krishna Prasad Oli, Shankar Sharma, Shail Rupakheti and Sumnima Tuladhar respectively.

Prada proposed for China Oli said that there has been a historical and intimate relationship between Nepal and China since time immemorial due to the exchange of topics related to civilization, epistemology, philosophy, and Buddhism and Manjushree's arrival in Nepal, Buddhabhadra's visit to China, and marital relations. "Economic relations and cooperation have expanded between the two countries in various fields including high-level visits, trade, education, tourism, physical infrastructure construction, investment, subsidies," he said.

Shail Rupakheti, the proposed ambassador for Germany, said that the relationship between the European country Germany and Nepal is very close, and if his name is approved, he will focus on high-level visits, investment promotion and economic diplomacy. He said, 'There are statistics that about 10,000 Nepalis are involved in various professions in Germany. Germany is a country with old friendly relations of Nepal, for direct air service between the two countries, Nepal Air Service Corporation will take special initiative for permission to fly in European skies.

Sumnima Tuladhar, the proposed ambassador for Denmark, said that due to the strong relationship between Denmark and Nepal, Denmark is receiving continuous support in the economic development of Nepal.

The government has recommended Dhanprasad Pandit for Israel, Netraprasad Timalsina for Malaysia and Rita Dhital for Pakistan.

Similarly, Prakashmani Paudel for Portugal, Rameshchandra Paudel for Qatar, Janga Bahadur Chauhan for the Russian Federation, Nareshvikram Dhakal for Saudi Arabia, Prada Kapilman Shrestha for South Africa, and Dr. Shivmaya Tumbahamfe for South Korea have been proposed as ambassadors and sent for parliamentary hearing.

The names of Sanil Nepal for Spain, Ramakrishna Bhattarai for Sri Lanka, Chandrakumar Ghimire for the United Kingdom and Lokdarshan Regmi for the United States have been recommended.
