Speaker Devraj Ghimire has instructed the parliament secretariat to investigate the words spoken by Yogesh Bhattarai, the secretary of the UML, who is leading the government, in the meeting of the House of Representatives on Wednesday.

While Bhattarai was speaking, MP Bhattarai alleged that due to the 'violence' conducted by the Maoists, there was no electricity generation in the country on time.

Chief Whip of the Maoist Center Hitraj Pandey objected to the rules. Bhattarai used the word even when the Maoist MPs were speaking. Pandey said, 'The rules are being violated, this is a matter of objection in the 26 of the rules of the Parliament. Here, neither the given time nor the language of the constitutional and regulations have been followed. The language used here is not being used according to the constitution and regulations. Therefore, I request to remove the word violence from the record.'

Then Speaker Ghimire gave instructions to investigate the words spoken by Bhattarai. Even then UML MPs Bhattarai and Raghuji Pant repeated the words. The Maoists opposed the words and behavior of the UML.

Bhattarai said that even when the chief whip of the Maoists asked for time for the implementation of the law, he repeatedly said that the Maoists had committed violence in the past.
