The members of the National Assembly have demanded from the government to give justice to the meter abuse victims. In the meeting of the National Assembly on Sunday, the parliamentarians insisted on the implementation of the relevant law to give justice to the victims of meter abuse.

Speaking at the zero hour of the meeting, National Assembly member Pooja Choudhary insisted that the law should be implemented, saying that even though the law on meter trading has been passed, the law should be implemented.

National Assembly member Rukmani Koirala mentioned the accident in Tanahun where the Indian bus fell and the accident of the vehicle coming from Khotang to Kathmandu and suggested that the government should take initiatives to reduce the accidents.

Member of Parliament Renu Chand emphasized that the Far West region should be declared a tourist zone. "Badimalika and Triveni, the main tourist destinations in the Far West, should have good communication facilities, access to drinking water, and other infrastructure development," she said.

Member of Parliament Vishnudevi Pudasaini requested the government to adopt measures to reduce road accidents. Another Member of Parliament, Bishnu Bahadur Bishwakarma, requested the government to investigate the incident of death of two infants at Karuna Hospital in Budhanilkanth on June 31 and give justice to the victims.
