Sudeep's father Som Bahadur, Phupaju Surya Bahadur and other relatives and neighbors, who gave up all hope after the discovery of Vikas's body, were lying down at Narayangadh Pulchowk, tired at noon on Sunday. Som Bahadur was not able to say anything because of the pain. Sudeep's Fupaju Surya Bahadur said that if he found the body at least, he would get some ointment for the pain.

On Sunday evening, two dead bodies were found in Triveni. On Monday morning, it was confirmed that both the bodies were those of the passengers of the bus that went missing in the Simaltal landslide. Both buses and other passengers were swept away in Trishuli. Although the search and rescue started on Friday morning, the bus has not been found yet. So far, 11 bodies have been found in the Narayani river area, about 30 to 100 kilometers below the incident site. It has been confirmed that seven of them were the passengers of the bus.
