President of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) and member of the House of Representatives, Ashok Kumar Rai has said that the change of government is a natural parliamentary exercise.

In the discussion on the motion of confidence put forward by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal at the meeting of the House of Representatives on Friday, he said that the vote of confidence and no confidence is a normal and parliamentary practice.

He informed that his party will vote against Prime Minister Dahal. JSP has decided to vote against. Now, trust turns into distrust and distrust turns into trust, he said, 'changing the government when the country's politics is going through trust and distrust is a parliamentary practice, no one should be disturbed by this.'

Chairman Rai said that he supported the equation based on the belief that Nepali Congress and CPN (UML) have agreed for the benefit of the country. "Constitution should be amended, it should be brought forward in a more progressive manner, we are ready to discuss the issue of constitutional amendment with two big parties", he said.
