However, the Ministry has taken the proposal to the Council of Ministers using the authority given by Section 82 of the Act.

In order to make the field of foreign employment safe, orderly and dignified, the Legislature Parliament set a quota to send workers to manpower companies in order to amend some Nepal Acts on 19 Chait 2075. However, since the implementation of the Act, the government has been renewing the license of such manpower companies every year, using the right to remove obstacles to manpower companies that send less than 100 workers.

In the current year, at least 250 manpower companies have sent less than 100 workers for foreign employment.
