Ministry has requested to prepare a list of high priority projects with immediate results and relatively high allocation of funds before asking for multi-year contract agreement in the current financial year. Likewise, the ministry has asked to update and provide the details of the project and the amount of the obligation in the next fiscal year that went into the multi-year contract procurement process.

It is mentioned in the letter that in the coming financial year, what percentage amount will be in the multi-year liability under the medium-term expenditure structure. The ministry should prepare and provide the details of the projects completed in the last financial year, the funds allocated in the budget have been frozen or the request for money transfer has not been made, and the payment obligations due to the fact that the projects and programs are not included in the current financial year and the details of the resources that can be managed. is also requested.

If the budget for the projects, programs and activities included in the budget of the current financial year is insufficient, the ministry has also requested to send the funds from the allocation under the ministry with the option of resource management.

Among the projects and programs included in the annual program budget of the current financial year, the Ministry to identify the projects and programs that have not been fully prepared, are not possible to be implemented immediately, and are not cost-effective due to the budget allocation being too low compared to the cost, and to provide details of their implementation being postponed for the time being. said
