Baglung Municipality has started issuing 'Labourer Identification Card' for the identification and protection of urban workers. This arrangement has been made to keep the data of all the laborers living and working in the urban area. According to the policy and program of the current financial year, the municipality has started to identify the workers and issue identity cards.
Before giving the identity card, detailed details of those workers will be kept and their insurance will also be arranged, said the city head Vasant Kumar Shrestha.
