Amid growing tensions with Lebanon, Israel has declared a state of emergency for the next 48 hours. Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Gallant announced the decision. This will facilitate the issuance of sanctions to the leadership of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF)'s internal fronts.
This situation will be valid for 48 hours unless extended by the Cabinet. Tensions are increasing in Israel Israeli citizens are asked to be on high alert as the risk increases in this area.
This morning, the spokesman of the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, warned his citizens to be careful, saying that Israel may attack Lebanese citizens in southern Lebanon in response to Hezbollah's attack.
In a press conference, the IDF spokesman said, 'Hezbollah is attacking Israeli territory from southern Lebanon. In return, Israel is preparing to attack Hezbollah.
