Wagmati Province Police Office, Hetauda, has conducted a driver's commitment program to reduce traffic accidents aimed at the festival from Thursday.
In the presence of Wagmati Provincial Government Internal Affairs and Law Minister Surajchandra Lamichhane, the commitment program was started with the drivers.
Under the province police office, a commitment program with drivers has been conducted in 10 districts at once to reduce traffic accidents during the festive season. Provincial Police Chief Deputy Inspector General of Police Krishna Hari Sharma said that the operation was conducted in other 9 districts of Wagmati Province including Hetauda of Makwanpur. On the first day of the
program, 738 drivers have pledged. Teaching expedition vehicle drivers, Provincial Police Chief Sharma said that it is an awareness program to give experience, inform, commit and inform about your safety.
