Three passengers have gone missing when an Isuzu Hilux vehicle on its way to Kathmandu from Khotang Halesi fell into the Sunkoshi river near Golanjor rural municipality-1 Kundu of Sindhuli on the Madhyapahari public road on Saturday evening. One person who jumped is injured.

According to the Sindhuli police, out of the 4 passengers in the Hilux, three passengers went missing when they fell into the river. 27-year-old Sushant Kashpati from Bhaktapur Surya Vinayak Municipality Jagat, who escaped by jumping, informed the police about the incident. The injured Kashpati is being treated at Sunkoshi Community Hospital, Khurkot.

Those who went missing after falling into Sunkoshi are 32-year-old driver Avin Bade, 30-year-old Pranit Syagu and 37-year-old Balram Ghatuwa of Bhaktapur Suryavinayak Municipality.

Sindhuli police chief SP Govindraj Kafle said that since the flow of treasure is increasing, armed divers have been mobilized to search for the missing.
