A complaint was lodged with the Authority after the construction of the structure with the entrance to the tourism area, which was supposed to be built in Ward No. 5 by the municipality from the budget of the rural municipality, was stalled. After that, during the investigation, it was found that the work that was supposed to be built in the year 2075/76 was not done as per the schedule and the budget was irregular by showing more work that was not done.

In the indictment of the authority, 'The agreement of the plan for the construction of the entrance door, incomplete building construction, painting, development and management works has been correctly printed and approved, the measurement book and the completed report with the technical evaluation prepared as less work and more work has been submitted and the comment and order for payment. It is mentioned that payment has been made to the consumer committee.

'For the construction of the structure, starting on 22 Chait 2075 and ending on 30 June 2076, the work has not been completed as there is a construction contract. It was found that after submitting documents such as bill reimbursement, door hajiri etc., more amount was paid than what was actually done.
