Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav has said that emphasis should be placed on the literal implementation of all legal provisions related to fundamental rights mentioned in the constitution. On the occasion of Constitution Day-2081, he said that the principle of inclusiveness accepted by the Constitution should not be disregarded anywhere and by anyone.

Vice President Yadav has emphasized that everyone should be able to follow the provisions of the constitution, including the socialist-oriented economic-social system and the federal democratic republican system and proportional inclusion.

'Since there is still a delay in sharing power and resources between the federation, state and local level, it seems that the distaste towards federalism has increased, so it is imperative and inevitable to institutionalize the federal system in the future and empower the states according to the constitution,' the Vice President said in his congratulatory message. He also wished that the Constitution Day could motivate everyone to work so that every Nepalese citizen gets employment opportunities in the country according to the meaning and spirit of the Constitution.

Vice President Yadav mentioned in the preamble of the constitution that "the end of all forms of discrimination and oppression created by the feudal, despotic, centralized and unitary state system" and the fact that the sovereignty and state power of Nepal are vested in the Nepali people confirm the dignity of the constitution and the supremacy of the people.
