The government will fall in a second when the Congress president is angry: Lamichhane

He said that there is no option for more than one or two parties to form a government in the current parliament. Speaker Lamichhane said that there is instability in the form of government provided by the constitution, and claimed that the RSVP has taken the agenda of making an elected prime minister in the form of a government and forming a legislative parliamentarian.

He said that it is now necessary to create a form of government where the direct prime minister can form the cabinet based on expertise. He said, 'We have told about the direct prime minister in the government reform in the constitution. There should be a directly elected Prime Minister. We have said that the Prime Minister will be allowed to keep subject experts in the cabinet based on their expertise. Otherwise stability is not possible in the current situation. There is a situation in the parliament that the government will collapse in a second when Sher Bahadur Deuba gets angry. Now the two-thirds government is the most unstable. It is not possible for one party to run the government without coordinating with the leader of the other party.'

He said that two-thirds of the government has no priority. He said that it is not good to bargain with the constitution saying that the current government is trying to bargain for its political interests in the name of amending the constitution.
